Jean-Pierre Vic, virtuoso on accordion and great boss of the Bourrée Montagnarde arranges for all types of music from jazz to java, to gather with the sole objective of dancing freely and laughing with friends of La Guinguette Auvergnate.

Country and folk

As for music, La Guinguette Auvergnate isn’t cliché, there isn’t only musette or accordion, La Guinguette is equally the temple of country music, because believe it or not, it’s the same spirit that presides in these popular music styles on both sides of the Atlantic. Sometimes, groups like Stanley, stretch their notes from the Memphis Tennessee to warm the soul of the guests of La Guinguette Auvergnate.

 

La Guinguette Auvergnate is a temple of french folklore

La Guinguette Auvergnate is one of the « temples of auvergnat folklore » of the Ile-de-France. For all amateurs of bourrées and cabrettes, it’s an obligatory step.

Jean-Pierre Vic is the President of the Montagnarde Bourrée… and like all his friends, he keeps alive the flame of the Auvergnat folklore that he has defended for 35 years.

He often organises in its Guinguette, rhythmic evenings with the Click of Clogs on the dance floor.
